Titanium alloy bellows manufacturers believe that titanium and titanium alloy with its superior mechanical properties, certain shape memory function and excellent corrosion resistance to become a new type of bellows material. Titanium and titanium alloy bellows are widely used in the fields of aviation, spaceflight, navigation, Atomic Energy and chemical industry. Because they have non-magnetic, good thermal radiation and electromagnetic shielding, light weight, high sensitivity and corrosion resistance strong advantages. But it is rarely used in China. One of the reasons is that titanium and titanium alloy materials are expensive, secondly, titanium and titanium alloy have low elastic modulus (only half of that of stainless steel) and high yield ratio (0.8 ~ 0.84) , it is not suitable for cold working because of its large springback and high deformation strengthening rate. Therefore, it is difficult to manufacture titanium and titanium alloy bellows at room temperature. Therefore, the use of titanium and titanium alloy bellows is very limited at present.
